Before Your Lash Service:

Arrive with eyes clean, makeup free to maximize application time. Remove all eye shadow, eyeliner, mascara, concealer, eye shadow primer and eye cream. Remove contacts if applicable. Come in comfy clothes and bring your iPod if you have a great playlist.

Lash Fill Notes for New Clients:

If you are booking a lash fill coming from a different salon, please keep in mind the price may vary depending on your existing lash extensions. For instance, if your lashes are 40% or less, you will be charged for a full set to account for the time and work involved. If lashes need to be removed in the case of poor quality work, a new full set is recommended and removal will be complimentary. This does not apply for a partial set. Thanks for your understanding.
